This recipe is so simple and goes great with either the Hummus or the Bean Dip recipes already posted!
Cut each round pita in 8 equal triangles. Separate each triangle into two pieces. Lay them outside down (so the middle of the pita is facing up). Spray with olive oil and top with your favorite seasoning. I like to use herbs de provence or italian seasoning with parmesan cheese. You can use anything! Place in a 400 degree oven and bake until golden brown. The time will vary, mine usually take about 15 minutes. They can be stored in a large ziplock bag once cooled.
